1. Program Name

Waylen SMS Program

2. Description

Waylen is a conversational SMS chief-of-staff for small business owners. The service is user-initiated. You text Waylen to manage your day — priorities, commitments, inbox triage, reminders, and follow-ups. Waylen requires your explicit approval before taking any action on your behalf (such as drafting or sending emails or creating calendar events). Waylen never acts autonomously.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage and configured rhythm. By default, Waylen sends a morning brief, a midday check-in, and an evening reset each business day, plus any reminders or follow-ups you have set.

4. Fees

Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. The Waylen service costs $7 per month after the first 14 days free. No credit card is required to begin.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the Waylen number. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from Waylen. To resume the service, simply start a new conversation.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at support@textwaylen.com.

7. Eligibility

The service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and is primarily available for US mobile numbers.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages through the platform.
• Transmitting illegal, harassing, or abusive content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the assistant or underlying technology.
• Circumventing the approval-first model to cause automated actions without your review.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Waylen is an AI assistant; its outputs — including summaries, drafts, and prioritizations — should always be reviewed by you before acting on them. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8BIT HOLDINGS LLC (DBA Physis Digital) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS to active users. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
